I’d been looking forward to James and Ashley-Lauren’s wedding since they booked with me last year. They were such a fun couple and just a blast to be around.
The day started with the girls getting ready in the Princess Grace Parlor. These girls were a hoot! They did not go a minute without making everyone laugh.
After Ashley-Lauren was ready we did a first look with her dad Jerry in the North Parlor. His reaction was priceless. Ashley-Lauren looked absolutely stunning.
Next we did a first look with James and then the two exchanged vows. It was a beautiful moment. I was fighting tears by this point. James surprised Ashley-Lauren with a bracelet that had a very special meaning behind it.
We went around the different gorgeous spots around the resort to get family formals and bridal portraits. The day weather was perfect.
Right after portraits the rain began. Thankfully the ceremony and reception were indoors so we headed to the chapel.
The wedding chapel is a gorgeous ceremony location at The Greenbrier.
After the ceremony we headed to the Cameo Ballroom for the reception. The decor was Iconic “Greenbrier” style. Gillespies Flowers & Productions did a fantastic job as usual. It was stunning.
The bride and groom shared a first dance along with the cake cutting.
The dance floor was an absolute blast. As soon as the music started everyone was ready to party. James' groomsmen had a special surprise song to sing to Ashley-Lauren. It was such a fun moment! This wedding day was absolute perfection.
